ZSJ strong rubbing regeneration machine

This equipment is a high performance used sand recycling equipment developed by our company with the latest technology. It is mainly used for old sand regeneration and boiling air separation of phenolic resin sand, sodium silicate sand and VRH process. It has good effect when combined with centrifugal regenerator. It has the characteristics of high film removal rate (adjustable) and good roundness of sand. It can also be used for primary air separation and cooling of old sand. The main technical features are as follows.

■The results show that the film can be removed by rubbing, and the sand particles are less broken;

■ The regeneration in suspension state has low power consumption and no high-speed impact of sand particles;

■ The friction wheel made of high hardness material has long service life and easy replacement;

■ By adjusting the productivity, different film removal effects can be obtained, so the film removal rate can be determined according to different process requirements, and the operation cost can be reduced.
