Description


The vibrating body and base of the machine are welded frames, and the selected profiles and steel plates are high-quality structural steel, with good weldability, strong impact resistance and superior crack resistance. The material of grid plate is 16Mn steel plate. All welds are continuous (with single side groove and fillet weld), and the welds are required to be smooth and uniform. Flux cored wire and CO2 gas shielded welding are used to increase the service life of the whole machine. Plate pre-treatment, overall stress relief after welding.

The spring material is 60Si2Mn, the hardness of heat treatment is hrc44-58, the surface is oxidized and shot peened, the two ends are tightly ground, and the guide cone of spring inner hole is used to guide the positioning. The roughness of the contact surface between the vibrating body and the resonance spring is 12.5.

Structural features:

The machine is mainly composed of vibrating body, base, resonance spring and electrical control cabinet, etc. it is a single body sand falling machine. Both the vibrator and the base are welded structural parts, with simple structure, reasonable design, reliable performance and adjustable vibration force. They can be used in single machine or in parallel. It is easy to start, fast and stable to stop, and the overload protection of vibration motor is automatic. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and low noise. The overall stiffness is matched with the local stiffness, with strong impact resistance, long service life, stable vibration and low requirements for foundation.

working principle:

The vibrating motors on the vibrating body are symmetrically installed on both sides. The two vibrating motors start and brake synchronously. The two groups of vibrating motors vibrate synchronously in the opposite direction. The horizontal resultant force is zero, and the component force direction in the vertical direction is the same, which is perpendicular to the grid bed. The mold on the vibrating body is constantly thrown up and down, and repeatedly collides with the grid bed, so that the sand mold is separated from the casting and the sand box. The balance weight of the motor can be adjusted to meet the needs of production.

Main performance features:

■ The exciting force of the motor can be adjusted by changing the angle between the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor.

Self locking nuts and high-strength bolts are used for the installation of the vibration motor to ensure the clamping and locking, so that the motor is firmly connected with the vibration body.

In electrical control, the vibration motor adopts energy consumption braking, overload protection, short circuit and open phase protection. The function of energy consumption braking is to stop quickly after power failure, so as to avoid resonance area and eliminate unstable state.

In order to prevent loose sand and facilitate cleaning, a frame is set around the grid plane to prevent sand block vibration overflow, with a height of 160mm
