The rotation speed of the main shaft of the machine is medium speed (130R / min), and the force of the blade on the material throwing, inserting, shearing, rubbing and rolling is strong, so the sand mixing speed is fast and the mixing effect is good. The material can be mixed well within 30-50s, and it is not suitable to mix for too long, which will cause material heating. The feeding and discharging of the machine are intermittent operation, and the discharging door can be opened and closed in two ways: pneumatic and pneumatic.
