2. Equipment composition:

The sand treatment line is composed of vibration sand falling, magnetic separation (two levels: Magnetic Separator, Magnetic Separation Drum), screening cooling (two levels: Drum cooler screening, vibrating screen sand machine), conveying, feeding, lifting, quantitative water adding, sand mixing, dust removal equipment, electrical control and non-standard steel structure (layout details for reference).

The centralized control on touch screen combined with on-site control. It accepts two modes of PLC (Japan Omron) automatic control and manual control. It is equipped with color dynamic simulation display (Japan Omron touch screen), restrict protection and automatic fault alarm. The monitoring and operation are very convenient. The main electrical components are of Siemens products. The whole electric control system enjoys the top level of national foundry industry.

 It has fault alarm function.

 Emergency stop button is set on site.

 The bucket elevator set proximity switch on the fault detection protection to check whether the equipment work properly, so as to avoid the residual sand blocked. To prevent the damage and failure of the fault detection device, resulting in the whole line shutdown, the control room fixed on fault removal facility.

 The automatic control locked in the operation room. The field operation box buttoned with start and stop. The emergency stop button switched on.

 The on-site emergency stop set on self holding switch. The control room owns emergency stop light, which indicates failure problems. At this mean time, the start switch of the main control room is invalid, and the main control room works only after the on-site emergency released.
