2. Performance description
As the cooling and premixing equipment of sand treatment, the double disc cooler provides uniform used sand with stable moisture and temperature for the sand mixing system, and brings many conveniences and benefits for the control of molding sand.
And because of the stable performance of the molding sand, the quality of the casting has a reliable guarantee.
The double disk cooler is the most superior cooling equipment for clay sand treatment at present.
3. Working principle
When the cooling system starts to work, the control system first detects the temperature and humidity of the used sand, and then determines the amount of coarse water: the used sand enters the disk, and driven by the mixer and wind, the used sand moves in "∞" shape in the horizontal and vertical directions. At the same time, the water adding system sprays the determined amount of water into the used sand evenly, the water evaporation takes away a lot of heat, and the evaporated hot gas is quickly extracted from the upper part and enters the dust removal system: during the process of cooler mixing and cooling, the temperature and humidity detection devices installed in the system continuously detect and monitor the changes of the temperature and humidity of the used sand. At the same time, the working current of the mixing motor is continuously detected to adjust the opening of the sand gate, so as to maintain the stability of the sand quantity in the cooler. By detecting the sand temperature and water content, feedback the water adding control system, adjust the water content, ensure that the sand temperature is controlled within 48 ℃ (or ambient temperature + 10 ℃), and accurately control the water content within 2.2 ± 0.2%.
